I had to have two major spinal operations in September 2021 and December 2021 which were carried out Mr Haider Kareem. From the first moment I met him, I knew straight away that I was in the best possible hands to carry out these operations. He put me at ease from the start and I felt safe. Thank you Mr Kareem for giving me back my life, without his expertise I would have been in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. I am now swimming, walking and enjoying my life again. You are the best. Beverley Marchant

In the condition that I arrived at St Mary's, I would have accepted a boy scout with a pen knife to help me out but was fortunate enough to get Mr Kareem. Within moments I sensed that he was in control, had my best interests at heart and had the experience to make my operation a success. He took into account my sporting background and explained the what and the why very clearly. I have never had any pain, never taken any drugs and the rehabilitation is as he described it. Boy Scouts are good but you will always want Mr Kareem on your team. Thanks

I write this review on behalf of my mother who was taken into Dr Kareem's medical care over Xmas in 2018, after she was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour and to this day we are all very thankful to his services and what he has done for my mother. My mother has never had an operation in her life nor was on any medication, Dr Haider Kareem was very sensitive towards her and always explained all the medical terms, results and processes which were taking place which my mum was able to let us know. Dr Kareem and his team were professional, sensitive and met all the needs for my mum and our family. The surgery was success and it made me realise and learn how much is in the stake of Dr Kareem's hands. Post surgery and three years on, I think about how lucky we were especially my mum to have received the expertise, professional care and diagnosis and post 2 year care from Dr Kareem and his team. Dr Kareem, if you are reading this, just to let you know you will never be forgotten in our eyes and thank you for everything you do for the NHS. God bless!

Wonderful experience with Charing Cross Hospital. Dr. Haider Kareem was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I was under his care and would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father who has been under the care of Mr Kareem and his team since 2016. The quality of care and support provided by the team is one that is unmatched by any other health provider he had ever encountered. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr Kareem. After years of being bounced from hospital to hospitals and countless x-rays when he was finally under the care of Mr Kareem and had had the surgery the change in my father was drastic, seeing him so unencumbered by the pain is amazing to see. Im aware you are calling for constructive suggestions however, given that his experience was so positive and the service he received was unparalleled he had not a single ill word to speak. So thank you. From a grateful daughter
